We offer and perform a wide range of services from liner shipping, ships brokerage, forwarding with FCL/LCL, air, rail road and sea, break bulk, IMO and project cargo to consulting.

Freightman AB was founded in 1973 by Leif Lund with the aim to become the leading choice for shipping to the Indian market. At that time Freightman was agent to three leading Indian shipping lines. The company later expanded its agency portfolio to several larger shipping carriers such as MSC (today the world’s largest shipping company), TMM, Polish Ocean Lines, Yemen Gulf Line, and others.

Today Freightman remains the general agent for the only remaining and government of India shipping line, SCI – The Shipping Corporation of India. Shortsea carrier WEC Lines (Netherlands) and ESL – Ethiopian Shipping & Logistics (Ethiopia) are also part of Freightman's liner portfolio. Within our forwarding solution Freightman Cargo, we collaborate with various agency partners in India and across Asia, along with partners in China and other regions. This collaboration empowers Freightman to offer comprehensive logistic solutions.

Freightman AB is part of the company group, L Lund Group Int AB. Lundgroup’s HQ is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. With daughter companies located in Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland and over 50 employees. Today the company group is managed by founder Leif Lund's daughter, Wilhelmina Lund. The company group has developed over the years and is a well known player in the shipping and logistic industry from Sweden to India and beyond.
